Membership/Store Policies and Ordering
What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard. 
 
When is my credit card charged?
All credit cards are billed at the time of shipment for store orders.  For membership, all credit cards are billed at the time of payment.
 
How will my order be shipped?
Christians At Work will ship your order by USPS or based on the option you choose.  The cost is dependent on the products your order (weight), your location, and choice of delivery (overnight, 2nd day, or ground).
 
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our primary concern.  We gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandising and we will exchange it or issue a refund.  Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.  If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective please contact At Your Service at: 414-467-8556 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Central Standard Time) or email us with the following information:
 
  1. Your name
  2. Reason for return
  3. Title of product
  4. Order number
  5. Request for refund or exchange
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange.  We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged.  Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit.  Any item not meeting the above conditions is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Write your RA# on the packing slip and return to:

Please use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked.  For example, if you are sending it through the US Postal Service, please send it via certified mail.  We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
 
Cancellation Policy
Christians At Work works to ship orders as quickly as possible.  For this reason we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.  If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 414-467-8556 and we will do our best to cancel your order.  If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy for further information.
 
Defective, Damaged or Missing Item
Please email or call Christians At Work within 15 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange for a return or replacement.
 
Refused Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Christians At Work and any other related costs.
